F.A.S.T. League The School Swimming League consists of between 10 and 20 schools each year or 250 - 500 swimmers. These schools often are coached by the same competitive coaches within PCS who coach our competitive age-group programs. The culmination of the seasons training is a series of races at SCP. Often these races take place in the middle break of larger competitive race so these school based swimmers have the opportunity to see what would occur should they ever decide to swim in a full-time competitive program.
