2014 UVPCS Wavemaker Meet

Wavemaker - (weyv-mey-ker) – noun
1) Someone or something that generates an area of moving water that is raised above the main surface of an ocean, a lake or pool.
2) An annual swim meet hosted by UVPCS, this year on April 25-27, where officials and volunteers wear tropical-themed clothing, athletes swim quickly and a good time is had by all.

Session Dates and Times:
Pre-Meet Setup - Thursday, April 24, 2014 - Usually after 5:30pm.
Session 1 - Heats - Friday April 25, 2014 - Warmups 8:30am; Start 9:30am
Session 2 - Finals - Friday April 25, 2014 - Warmups 5:00pm; Start 6:00pm
Session 3 - Heats - Saturday April 26, 2014 - Warmups 8:00am; Start 9:00am
Session 4 - Finals - Saturday April 26, 2014 - Warmups 4:00pm; Start 5:00pm
Session 5 - Heats - Sunday April 27, 2014 - Warmups 7:30am; Start 8:30am
Session 6 - Finals - Sunday April 27, 2014 - Warmups 2hrs after heat finish; Start 1 hr after warmups begin
Post-Meet Cleanup - Sunday April 27, 2014 - immediately after conclusion of finals
