Four Gold Richmond Day one

Day one is Richmond was very strong for PCS taking 4 Gold, 1 Silver and 3 Bronze. Lauren Crisp 3rd in 14-15 and Molly Gowans 3rd in 16 and O Girls 200IM. In 12-13 Boys Jacob Rambo was 7th in his best, Kier Ogilvie 9th also a PB, Antonio Guitierrez 11th, Tom Chapman in 13th also a best ever.

In 50 Breaststroke Emma Carter was 7th. 

Over 200m Butterfly Molly Gowans had an excitign swim for gold and snuck under 2:20. Erin lawrance was close behind and was on her best ever pace through 150m but did not quite carry her speed over the final 50 finishing slightly over her best from last weekend for 3rd (2:21). Ogilvie stepped up for his best time for silver. Rambo completed the distance better than ever for fifth and in 14-15 boys Artem Kuklev was just over the 2:20 mark in his best, qualifying him for Age Group nationals and finishing in 5th.

100m Back Lauren Crisp took gold but was a little outside her best by 1.1 seconds. Erin Jennings had a strong performance(1:09). Tom Chapman was 8th in 12-13 Boys.(1:14)

Erin Lawrance dominated in 400m Freestyle swimming a near perfect race to come from 2nd to first over he final 100m for her firs sub 4:20 swim and Gold in 16 and O Girls and Anna Letkeman 6th. Lauren Crisp 2nd in 14-15 girls  Erin Jennings 8th.

in 200m Freestyle Antonio Giutierrez 1st for 12-13 boys.. and Artem Kuklev 15th in 14-15 Boys.
