Day Three 

Preliminaries were very strong. The group showed great strength and diversification. After Prelims today all 10 of the athletes representing the team in the meet have made second swims after today. The morning was capped by the girls 4x50 F.R.(Sawchuk, Ballantyne, Gowans, Crisp broke the club 15-17 and Senior record and well as the regional record(1:50.4) and concluded just off the podium in fourth. The session resulted in 9 individual swims getting through to the finals.

In Finals Eden Kormendy lead off for PCS dropping 3 seconds from her morning swim and moving up 3 spots in 400m Free. Molly Gowans was back in action and was away with the 400Free setting one of the fastest times in the country this year(4:16.5). Gowans was on the blocks 30min later to compete the 200m Back with teammate Lauren Crisp. Crisp lead from start to finish to take Gold(2:17) while Gowans finished strong for the bronze(2:21).

Justin Howe had a great day in 400Fr taking 3 seconds off his best in the morning and another 4 seconds tonight o finish 14th(4:15). Teammates, Stefan Nasedkin(20th) and Aiden Longcroft-Harris(15th), had strong swims tonight. Jeremy Lynn had a best in 100Fly and a 17th place finish tonight. Emma Carter had her first second swim of the meet in 50m Br clipping .2 off her best and moving up to 13th spot(35.3)

4x100M.R. was the final event of the session. Our team (Crisp, Kormendy, Ballantyne, Gowans) finished 5th(4:28.3)
