Registration for our programs are accepted throughout the year.  If you are registering after September, please adapt the instructions below to your specific timing. If you are transferring swim clubs, please notify your coach and consult the Swim-Natation Canada transfer process.

If you have questions about PCS swim programs or the group in which you or your swimmer should register, please phone 250-727-9243, or email PCS General Manager Mark Lancaster or PCS Director of Athlete Development Rod Barratt.

How to register:
1. Print the registration package and volunteer commitment forms. Read all pages carefully. Keep the fees details, practice schedules, volunteer & fundraising and travel & behavior policy pages for your reference.
2. Complete and sign PCS registration, Swim BC Personal Information Consent  and Volunteer Commitment forms for each swimmer in your family.
3. Calculate your first (September) cheque and monthly post-dated cheque amounts using the fees calculations page.
4. Bring these forms, including the fees calculation page, with your first cheque and all post-dated cheques to either:

  • the Annual Registration BBQ - Occurs mid-September. Every one is welcome. Please check the Events calendar to exact dates and times; or,
  • to your first swim practise.

Pacific Coast Swimming encourages communication among swimmers, parents and coaches. Telephone numbers and email addresses will be used to contact you individually and by groups. Members' contact information will be released only to PCS / PCSPA members; it will not be posted on the Internet.
