2014 UVPCS Xmas Cracker Meet
This will be a 3 pool meet with over 700 swimmers.
Description of Sessions: (please note new start times for Heats - warm ups and racing)
Pre-Meet Setup and Pool Decoraion (half session) - Thursday, December 4, 2013 - 5:30-9:00pm (times approximate)
Session 1 - Friday, December 5, 2013 Heats - Warm up 8:00am, Racing starts 9:00am and ends 1:30pm
Session 2 - Friday December 5, 2013 Finals - Warm up 4:30pm, Racing starts 5:30pm and ends 8:30pm
Session 3 - Saturday, December 6, 2013 Heats - Warm up 8:00am, Racing starts 9:00am and ends 1:30pm
Session 4 - Saturday December 6, 2013 Finals - Warm up 4:30pm, Racing starts 5:30pm and ends 8:30pm
Session 5 - Sunday, December 7, 2013 Heats - Warm up 8:00am, Racing starts 9:00am and ends 1:30pm
Session 6 - Sunday December 7, 2013 Finals - Warm up 4:00pm, Racing starts 5:00pm and ends 8:00pm
Post-Meet Cleanup (half session) - Sunday December 7, 2013 - From end of Session 6 for approximately 2 hours.

Volunteer Incentives for PCS Swim Meets!
If you and/or your family signs up online more than 2 weeks in advance of a meet for a minimum of 4 positions (per family) in that meet, you and/or your family will be eligible for entry into the draw for the End-of-Meet prize, and also the End-of-Season Grand Prize. For every additional 4 positions you volunteer for, you will get another entry into the prize draws. Final count of your positions and entry into the draw, is contingent on you attending the meet and fulfilling your volunteer commitment.
End-of-Meet Prize for Xmas Cracker: Hockey Tickets for the Grizzlies and Royals (sets of 4 tickets).
End-of-Season (2014/2015) Grand prize: Weekend for 2 at the Tigh Na Mara Resort in Parksville.
