2008 Awards Night

Our team converged on Saanich Commonwealth Place on Wednesday November 12th for an evening of photos (a sea of blue bolt shirts and enthusiastic team members), fun relays (adults particularly loved watching the wobbly boat relay) and recognition for achievements during the 2007-2008 season.

The following swimmers won our high-point trophies - congratulations all!

World Record Award - Stephanie Dixon

Congratulations to all our athletes and their coaches on their first lengths, first times, best times, first qualifying swims, Regional, Provincial, National and International placings and medals... and World Records! Pacific Coast Swimming, and our Association with the University of Victoria, certainly does nurture excellence by challenging athletes at all levels of development!!

And, the 2008-2009 season is off to a great start! See you at the Xmas Cracker!
