2011 PCS Wavemaker Invitational Meet

In its eighth year, the 2011 Annual PCS Wavemaker Meet was the largest yet with 279 swimmers from across Vancouver Island, Vancouver, Whistler and the Kootenays competing for a chance to win those coveted ‘horse’ ribbons that are unique to this meet. Congratulations to all our swimmers for their many fine swims at this meet and to the coaches who worked so hard to help them achieve their goals. Last but not least, thanks to everybody who volunteered to make this the best Wavemaker yet! The results of everyone’s efforts include:

Multiple event winners were: Leah Biberdorf, Nival Bissoon, Hanna Carter, Lauren Crisp, Patricia Horwood, Ryan Howe, Kea Koerner, Jon McKay, Kristopher Neilson, Sophie Tarrant, and Aidan Thirkell – wow!

Our single event winners included: Ewan Barker, Sophia Borchers, Ciaran Breen, Chloe Chapman, Raymond Chou, Justin Howe, Alexandra Kierstead, Lia Lancaster, Jasmine Lee, Anna Letkeman, Jessica Luo, Lauren McMillan, Shannon McMillan, Stephen Olmos, Michael Schmidt and Katelyn Woo.
