Day 4 Update From Age Group Nationals

Day 4 Update from Coach Mark.

Our fourth night started off with Ryan Howe swimming to within a 100th of his best time in the 100 backstroke finishing 6th in a time of 1:04.09.

Next came Stefanie Schmidt in the same event finishing 3rd in a new club record time of 1:06.81 erasing Jayme Weimer`s old 100 meter backstroke record and also earning Stefanie a new National time.

Then came the 200 meter breaststroke for Lauren McMillan. Lauren started the swim out of lane 6 swimming with confidence from the start to finish, ending up with the winning time of 2:43.16 erasing her old club record by over 3 seconds!

Our fourth event of the night was Salin Bol working hard from lane 1 and moving up a spot to finish 6th in the 200 freestyle in a time of 2:11.06.

The 14 & Under girls 4 x 100 meter Freestyle relay finished 8th from their morning swim. The team consisted of Salin Bol, Hanna Carter, Rosie Moulton, and Alex Kierstead.
