Highlights from HYACK AAA Festival

8 PCS swimmers attended the HYACK AAA Festival May 20-22. We had some great swims from the B Provincial group members.

On the girls side, Annie Macintosh (14) made it to the final heat of the 50 free sprint eliminator, placed 8th in the 50 free, 3rd in the 100 free, 15th in the 800 free, 16th in the 100 back, & 15th in the 200 back. Chloe Chapman (14) placed 3rd in the 50 free, and made a B final in the 200 free. Emily Ding (15) placed 14th in the 50 free, 11th in the 100 fly, & 11th in the 200 fly. Heidi Ulrich (13) placed 15th in the 50 free, 14th in the 800 free, 14th in the 200 fly. Vicky Mock (14) made the top 16 in the 400 free, 12th in the 800 free, 16th in the 200 back, and 12th in the 200 fly

On the boys side, Jon McKay (15) placed 15th in the 100 backstroke, 12th in the 200 backstroke, 8th in the 200 fly, 13th in the 200IM. Rory Hills (15) placed 14th in the 1500 free & Jackson Sinclair (14) swam to 14th in the 200 breast.

Annie Macintosh made her first western time in the 50 free at the PCS Wavemaker three weeks ago. Congratulations to Annie and her coaches!
