Open Water at AGN 2015

It was a stormy, cold morning at Lac-Beauport just outside of Quebec City but that didn't stop two PCS swimmers from making a trip to the podium.  Anthony Gutierrez collected his first AGN gold medal, winning the 12&U boys 2.5km race, despite cutting up his leg on a rock at the start.  Next, in the 17-18 year old boys 5km race, Justin Howe came out 5th in an exciting last 100 meter finish. The lone female swimmer, Erin Jennings did not disappoint in the 14 year old 5km race.  After losing her cap in the first of four laps, Erin battled her way through strong wind and tough competition to land her 3rd on the podium.
