You can swim now but you don't get around to it?
You have been swimming with your school team and want to continue on?
If any of those sounds like you - come out and give it a try.
You can swim 1x - 3x per week
Come join our Stroke and Fitness group at Commonwealth Place
Focus of the group is fun - fitness - skills. (competition optional)
Mondays 600-730 PM (600-630 Dry land - 630-730 swim) Commonwealth
Wednesdays 600-730 PM Commonwealth
Saturdays 10:30am-12:00 UVic
Dry land exercises focus on strength, flexibility and coordination.
