PCS and Team BC Compete at Pacific Coast All Star Meet

PCS swimmers Ryan Howe, Lauren McMillan and Rosie Moulton and coach Rod Barratt recently travelled to Portland Oregon as part of Swim BC's Age Group Provincial team. While there, the team competed against 4 US State teams: Pacific Northwest Swimming, Pacific Swimming (from northern California) and Southern California Swimming. All fared well competing against some of the strongest swimmers in their age groups in their first international yards-based meet:
Ryan Howe – 100 Free (7th), 200 Free (4th), 100 Back (5th), 200 Back (7th), 100 Fly (6th), 400 IM (10th)
Lauren McMillan – 100 Breast (8th), 200 Breast (7th), 200 Fly (12th), 200 IM (16th), 400 IM (16th)
Rosie Moulton – 100 Free (12th), 200 Free (8th), 100 Breast (9th), 200 Breast (9th), 200 IM (6th), 400 IM (10th)
