Senior Nationals Wind Down in Quebec

The last day of Senior Nationals was a more relaxed one for our swimmers, as they all begin to turn their attention to preparing for upcoming meets.

Both Rachael Newman, who is preparing for Age Group Nationals (which start Wednesday), and MacKenzie Downing, who is training for FISUs in August had the day off today. 

Stefanie Schmidt had a strong swim this morning in the 800 Free, pulling a best long course time in the event for her last race of the meet.  Stefanie is also prepping for Age Groups, as well as Western Canada Summer Games, coming in August. 

Nick Sinclair continued to train for FISUs and swam the 200IM on Day 4, making it to the B final in which he placed 7th with a time of 2:08.29.
