Toronto Day Two summary

Another very strong day for UVPCS.

Last night Keir Ogilvie and Daniel Greer finished 18th and 19th respectively with Greer slightly faster than his prelim time and Ogilvie just over his.

Today Jacob Rambo and Keir Ogilvie both had PB’s in 50 Back. Rambo advanced to the B Final after slicing .7 off his previous best.  Tonight he moved up to 18th and slid past the 15-17 Club and VIR record putting 26.94 up on the board. The previous record was held by Nick Sinclair from 2009. Jake’s time was just outside of the Senior Club record by .1 seconds. Hana Edwards set her own 50 back 15-17 club record in 29.75

Acacia Benn was a little off her PB in 400IM at 5:07 and did not advance.

Rambo, Edwards and Benn will race 200m back tomorrow, while Ogilvie and Greer will contend 100 Fly.
