Our 3rd and final 12& under session went out with a bang today! We had tons of best times and good races to finish off their final session of Regionals. Click to read our awesome highlights from today. Great efforts and cheering across the board today, way to go!

We started off Sunday with our 12& under 4x100m IM relays. Both of our 12&under teams placed 2nd overall!

Our swimmers carried into Saturday going strong this weekend for a great Saturday session. Our 10& under swimmers joined us for their first session and lit up the pool! Click to read our session highlights down below. 

Pacific Coast Swimming started off with a bang in Duncan at the 2022 Vancouver Island Regionals! Friday morning started off with distance events, and had 13 year old Alex Camaraire go a personal best and place 3rd overall for the 13-14 category. In the 1500m freestyle, 14 year old Lucy Hallett came 1st her 1500m freestyle with a substantial personal best and Jessica Hier (13) came 2nd both in the 13-14 girl's category. On the boy's side, twelve year old Sebastian Damian placed 2nd in 1500m freestlye, and in the 15& over category Simon de Rosnay came 3rd. 

Calling all receational swimmers! We have availability in our new stroke and fitness recreational group at Crystal pool on Tuesday & Thursday afternoons, from 4pm-5:30pm. Wow! What an afternoon for Pacific Coast Swimming at our 2nd Sunday Race Series this season. We had about 100 swimmers racing on Sunday all the way from Lightning Fast up to B-National athletes. The afternoon was filled with cheering, best times, and qualifiyng times! Way to go athletes. A big thank you to all our volunteers and meet officials for making this possible for our athletes.

Coming in January 2022 we are starting up some of our programs at Crystal Pool! We will be offering Lightning Fast Swim Series levels 1-5, Development 1 (D-1), Masters, and our PCS Para program. Make sure you sign up fast to grab a spot!
