Come join us for our 3rd Sunday Stroke Series of the Season - Breaststroke!

This Sunday Stroke Series is led by senior coach Rod who coaches our B-National Development group.

Sunday Stroke Series is an immersive club technical session led by our senior coaches of Pacific Coast Swimming aimed at improving specific stroke development & technique. A variety of tools are used to enhance learning such as video feedback (out of the water & in water), kinesthetic feedback, and more!

Requirements: Lightning Fast level 4&up

Price: 30$/member
