2014 Hyack Youth Festival - Day 2

Our second night of the Hyack meet started with the 200m Freestyle Relays where our 13-14 year old girls finished 6th.

Next up was Michael Schmidt who finished 1st in the Boys 11&U 200m Fly with a time of 2:55.48, dropping 4 seconds off his morning swim.

Then it was was Darius Morrison who finished 6th in the Boys 11&U 100m Backstroke with a new best time of 1:20.10.

After Darius it was Erin Jennings swimming in her first final of the meet and finishing in 7th in the Girls 12-13 200m Backstroke (A-final) with a time of 2:40.48.

Sophie Tarrant then swam to 6th place (14th overall) in the Girls 12-13 200m Backstroke (B-final).

Following Sophie came Anya Pasemko who finished 8th in the Girls 14-15 200m Backstroke in a time of 2:37.44.

Saturday night finished with freestyle events for PCS and Michael Schmidt swam to a 3rd in the Boys 11&U 100m Freestyle in 1:06.60, skimming another second off his a.m. swim.

Sophie finished her Girls 12-13 200m Freestyle in 4th with a 2:17.51, dropping 2.3 seconds off her morning swim.

Jessica Luo swam a better Girls 12-13 200n Freestyle in the B-final finishing in 2:22.75.
