PCS wins SwimBC Club of the Year Award!

At the annual Swim BC Awards Night in Whistler this past weekend, PCS was announced as the BC Club of the Year for 2015.  This is the second time PCS has won the award, having won it originally in 2007.

In order to win the award, a club must display consistent excellence not only in athletic performance, but also athlete development, support of coaching excellence, promoting the values of sport throughout the community, developing and maintaining sponsorship and recruitment initiatives, making positive contributions to the sport, and supporting and encouraging volunteerism at all levels of the organization.  In other words, in order to win this award everyone involved in the club including the coaches, swimmers, parents, and alumni have all had to contribute in big ways.  

Excelling at all facets of the organization ensures a club's present and continued success, and winning this award is a testament to PCS' dedication to excellence at all levels.  Congratulations to all in the PCS family for a very successful year!
