VIRs - Day 2 Recap

Some highlights from a fantastic Day 2 at VIRs include:

Elizabeth Saska (10) was the standout on Day 2 from C-group winning her events tonight and going faster in the 100 Fr!
- 100 Bk final gold medal in 1:23.44
- 100 Fr final gold medal in 1:10.55
Constantine Tchaouchev (10) came in third for a bronze medal in the 100 Fr at 1:13.29, dropping over 4 seconds from his AM swim.
Kieran Feenstra (12) continued his winning ways taking the gold in the 200 Br in a time of 3:08.07, adding a bit of time from his AM swim.
Ethan Woo (11) placed 3rd in a time of 3:11.39 in his 200 Br, dropping 7.77 seconds from the AM swim.
Bill Dongfang breaks 13-14 400 IM club record by five seconds, owned by Jake Rambo from three years ago!
- Bill also broke the 100 Bk record by over a second in 58.1, held by Ryan Howe from 9 years ago.
Sayaka Hiraoka (12) raced to a silver and best time in the 50 Fly.
Gavin Gao showed his great underwaters to drop 4 seconds in his 100 Bk and then 10 minutes later raced to a silver in the 50 Fly!
