Sunday Stroke Series - Freestyle

Come and join us for the first Sunday Stroke Series of the year! Aimed at swimmers in Lightning Fast 4+, this session is designed to focus on stroke technique, development and speed lead by our Senior Coaches. Coaches will use many tools and techniques for correction. This Sunday Stroke Series will be focused on freestyle.

Time: Sunday, October 30th at Mckinnon Pool. 10:30am - 1pm

Requirements: Lightning Fast Level 4+

Price: 25$/ swimmer

Swim With the Vikes

Come join us for Swim with the Vikes! An immersive, swim technique, and game-based morning with our Varsity swimmers who take on coaching and leading the group in team exercises!

Date & Time: Sunday, October 16th 9:30am - 11:30am

Location: Saanich Commonwealth Place

Requirements: Lightning Fast 4&up

Annual 2022/23 Welcome Back BBQ!

Our annual welcome back bbq is set for Friday, September 9th - so mark your calendars! All PCS families are welcomed out to enjoy some dinner & kick off the new season with our swim club.
