Come and join us for a stroke-intensive session focused on backstroke! The session is focused at our swimmers in Lightning Fast 3 to our Development groups. The session will be lead by our competitive coaches and focused on improving stroke technique and efficiency.
Our first Victoria swim meet showed successful for PCS with many best time, as well as Divisonal and Provincial Qualifiyng times. On day 3, we had a new club record for Katie McLaren in the 10&under 50m breaststroke with a time of 41.28
