2023-2024

Pacific Coast Swimming drove up to Comox today for Vancouver Island Regionals, with over 75 PCS swimmers competing over the next three days. Friday started off with our distance events, where we started off with Owen Schroeder qualifying for Provincials in the 800m freestyle placing 1st, followed by Eden Blaind who qualified for Divisionals in the 800m freestyle and placed first. Ada Chen placed first in the 11-12 800m freestyle, nearly missing provincials by a second. Brandon Zhang placed first in the 1500m freestyle and qualified for 13-14 Provincials.

VIKES GIVING DAY: PRIVATE LESSONS

Sign up for a 45 minute private lesson from our affiliated Varisty Vikes Team members who have decades of swimming experiences as well as coach experience over their years of involvement in the sport. Private lessons are 75$ a session with proceeds going towards supporting the Varisty Swim Team. All ages and abilities are welcome from new swimmers up to our competitive swimmers. Come get some feedback on your swimming, and support the Vikes at the same time!

Bring your empties on January 14th to Saanich Commonwealth Place (rear parking lot) to support our swimmers who are travelling both Nationally and Internationally to compete!
