Mid Summer Madness 2025

To wrap up our season, we had our annual Mid-Summer Madness competition at Commonwealth Pool. PCS had 95 swimmers racing to finish off the season with some fast, fun swimming!

Congratulations to our swimmers who have made new qualifying standards:

Lukas Bartlett 11-12 Provincials in 200m breaststroke

Adrian Becerra 13-14 Divisionals in the 200m breaststroke, 100m freestyle

Kailee Burke 11-12 Regionals in the 100m freestyle, 200m freestyle, and 50m freestyle

Mila Chen 13-14 Divisionals in the 200m breaststroke, 100m breaststroke and 50m breaststroke

2025 Provincial Highlights

Pacific Coast Swimming took 26 swimmers to compete at the 2025 Provincial Championships at the UBC aquatic center. A big congratulations to all the swimmers who competed and represented our team. 

Congratulations to our 11-12 year old swimmers who had the highest point score in their age category.

2025 Divisional Highlights

The last weekend of June, PCS took 25 swimmers to the 2025 BC Summer Divisionals at Burnaby Central Park Pool, an outdoor venue that brought extra challenges with the weather, but our swimmers rose to the occasion! Everyone showed great team spirit, racing hard and supporting each other throughout the weekend. We had some strong individual swims with podium finishes Mauricio Rinzsch placed 1st in the 100m Back, 3rd in the 200m Back, and 2nd in the 100m Fly. Lukas Schroeder was not far behind, placing 2nd in the 100m Back.

Pacific Coast Swimming is pleased to announce that early registration for the 2025–2026 season will open on Monday, July 7th at 7:00 AM for the following programs:

Vancouver Island Regional Highlights

Congratulations to the 94 swimmers who competed up island in Nanaimo at the 2025 long course Vancouver Island Regional Championships this past weekend. Pacific Coast Swimming successfully took home their 11th straight win in a row at VIR championships.

PCS Swimmers Named to Canada Games Team

Pacific Coast Swimming is proud to announce the selection of four of our athletes and two coaches to represent British Columbia at the 2025 Canada Summer Games, taking place August 10–15 in St. John’s, Newfoundland with team travel dates from August 7–17.
