NO TRAINING REQUIRED but SWIM MEET VOLUNTEERING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: This position involves setting up the Volunteer Check-in Table, Checking in Volunteers, Attending the Briefings where you will assign lanes and take attendance, manage issues with volunteers that don't show up, etc. You will be provided with a "How to Guide" that explains your tasks, provides the list of volunteers and what to do if there is an issue. This is a great job for someone who likes to talk to people, has a basic understanding of the various roles at the swim meets, would be comfortable problem solving quickly, and wants the flexibility of not needing to volunteer for the whole session.
