The in-pool Canadian Olympic Trials are taking place in Toronto starting today! You and your swimmer can see the story and follow the races on CBC. Click HERE to watch! US and Australian Olympic Trials have also been streaming this week and can be seen on NBC and online. Go Team Canada!!

Heads up Lightning Fast families! We have 4 different LFSS programs running throughout the summer!

Esquimalt (Levels 3-5): Monday/Wednesday/Saturday PMs (running until August 25th)

Juan de Fuca (Levels 3-5): Monday/Wednesday PMs (running until August 30th)

Oak Bay (Levels 2-5): Sunday AMs (running until August 29th)

Big congrats to all the swimmers who participated in our 2021 Virtual Wavemaker! We had 675 swimmers from Sweden, New Brunswick, Alberta, and Lower Mainland BC compete virtually over the course of the past month. Goodie bags, t-shirts, and meet ribbons will be awarded soon! In the meantime, check out the results below to see how your amazing swimmers did! Awesome job Bolts!

Thank you to all the many people who have worked so hard to keep Pacific Coast Swimming running smoothly throughout the pandemic.

We are happy to say that the club has continued to grow and prosper. We are now over 380 swimmers and have of our staff are back in place. 

We are very excited to have Gordon Head pool back on track. In a five-day window we had a fantastic response, and only a few spots remain available. 

For all of our swim mom's who have worked so hard throughout this last year to keep their kids on track at school and in the pool; thank you so much for all of your amazing effort and success - and Happy Mothers Day.

Very exciting news for our Gordon Head swimmers! Lightning Fast Levels 2-5 will be running as of May 15th on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons at Gordon Head Recreation Centre!

Time slot details are as follows:

Lightning Fast 2/3

Wednesday: 3:30-4:10 pm, 4:10-4:50 pm, 4:50-5:30 pm
Sat 3:45 pm-4:25 pm, 4:25 pm-5:05 pm, 5:05 pm-5:45 pm

Lightning Fast 4/5

Wednesday: 3:30 pm-4:30 pm, 4:30 pm-5:30 pm
Saturday: 3:45 pm-4:45 pm, 4:45 pm-5:45 pm

It's really easy for a talented young person to take pride in their gifts: "I'm really athletic," or "I'm really smart," or "I'm really good at math."

That's fine. You should celebrate your gifts. You should be happy. But you can't be proud of them ... What you can be proud of is your choices.
