PCS Swimmers Support Mental Health with Buddy Check for Jesse

This month, PCS swimmers are raising awareness for mental illness in honour of Jesse Short-Gershman with Buddy Check for Jesse. If we look out for each other and do a "Buddy Check" with our friends, teammates, family members and even with ourselves, we can make a difference!
