This weekend in Madrid, Victoria triathlete Brent McMahon managed to secure a 3rd spot for the London Olympic team. McMahon has been training for the swimming leg of his specialty with UVPCS' open water swimmers since returning to the sport a year and a half ago. The qualification makes Canada the 8th (and final) country in the world to qualify 3 men in the triathlon for 2012.
