Good first day for Vikes at CIS Championships, new UVPCS Relay Record!

It was a great heats session for the Vikes, as most swims resulted in Best Time performances.  In general, it was the weakest of the three days for the vikes in terms of events, but seeing so many best times go down is a great way to start the meet.

Jon McKay and Ryan Howe swam lifetime bests in the prelims of the 200 Freestyle (1:50.18 and 1:50.59 Short Course) to earn spots in the B-Final, and in the Long Course final finished 12th and 15th overall in 1:53.60 and 1:55.58.
